Questions
Everything else
Will I see my poster before it is printed?
Yes. Every product page shows a live preview of your poster as you type your details and add your photo or GPS file. What you see is what we print, in full resolution and without the watermark. Spotted a typo after ordering? Reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours and we fix it.
What do I need to send?
Your name, race, date and finish time. Then, depending on the design: your 16 splits (Hyrox), your GPS file (running and trail), your leg times (triathlon) or a race photo. You type your times yourself, exactly as on your official results, and see them on your poster before you order.
What photo quality do I need?
Upload the original file from the photographer or your phone, not a screenshot. The product page checks your photo instantly against the size you choose. For the sharpest result, the photo should be about 1,800 px wide for 30 × 40 cm, 2,900 px for 50 × 70 cm and 4,100 px for 70 × 100 cm. Photos down to 1,200, 1,700 and 2,400 px still print well; below that, the page asks you for the original file or a smaller size.
Where do I find my GPS file?
Strava: open the activity on strava.com, ⋯ menu, Export GPX. Garmin Connect: open the activity, gear icon, Export to GPX. Coros / Suunto / Polar: export the activity as .gpx from the web app.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your poster within 1–2 business days. Printing takes 2–4 business days, then delivery takes 2–6 business days in Switzerland, Europe and the UK, 3–7 in the USA and Canada and 5–10 elsewhere.
Do I pay customs fees?
Fine-art prints and framed posters for Switzerland, the EU, the UK and the US are printed locally, so there are no customs fees. Aluminium prints for Switzerland are made outside Switzerland, so Swiss import VAT and a handling fee may be charged on delivery. For other destinations, local import duties may apply. Prices include VAT where it applies.
Can I order it as a gift?
Yes. Enter the athlete's details, ship it to their address and add a gift message in the notes field. We never include the price in the parcel. Don't have their race details? Give a gift card and they build their own poster.
Do you print official race logos?
No. Our designs never use race logos or trademarks. The race name appears in our own typography, as you type it.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every poster ships in reinforced packaging. In the rare case it arrives damaged or with a print defect, send a photo to contact@crosslineframe.com within 14 days of delivery and we send you a new one free of charge.
