Shipping costs

None. Shipping is free on every poster, every size and every finish, with tracking included. Framed and aluminium posters ship in reinforced packaging at no extra cost.

Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the whole European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the UAE. Your country is not listed? Write to us at contact@crosslineframe.com.

Where we print

We work with a print network that produces in more than 30 countries. Each order is printed as close to you as possible, so it travels less and arrives faster.

Customs and taxes

Prices include VAT where it applies. Fine-art prints and framed posters for Switzerland, the EU, the UK and the US are printed locally, so there are no customs fees. Aluminium prints for Switzerland are made outside Switzerland, so Swiss import VAT and a handling fee may be charged on delivery. For other destinations, local import duties may apply.

Tracking

As soon as your poster ships, we email you a tracking link.

Damaged in transit?

Send a photo of the poster and the packaging to contact@crosslineframe.com within 14 days of delivery. We reprint and ship it again free of charge.

Returns

Each poster is personalised and made to order, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. A damaged or defective poster is always replaced, as explained above.
