Personalised products All Race Frame Lab posters are made to order from the details, files and photos you send us. Because they are personalised, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)), and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Changes and cancellation We print exactly what you enter when you order. If you spot a mistake, reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours: we correct it, or cancel your order for a full refund, as long as it has not gone to print. Write to contact@raceframelab.com with your order number. Damaged or defective If your poster arrives damaged or has a print defect, email contact@raceframelab.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the poster and packaging. We send you a new one free of charge or, if you prefer, refund you in full. Errors in the details you entered Please check names, times and dates carefully before you order. If an error in the details you entered is only noticed after printing, we can reprint at production cost. Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
